Ahhhh, Spring Break - and the dreaded feeling that comes when it is over.

Midterm season at LIM College is one of those times that you wish would pass by as quick as possible. But directly after them is Spring Break, the most anticipated break of the semester.

This year I was lucky enough to go to Myrtle Beach for Spring Break and just relax and have a good time with my fiancé. After finishing my exams on Thursday night I made my way to Pennsylvania to meet my fiancé. On Monday morning we road- tripped our way all the way down to a little town outside of Myrtle Beach called Conway, where we stayed.

After having a chill night in the little river town, the next few days were full of various activities all over the Grand Strand of South Carolina. I played two rounds of mini golf, losing both times of course. We went to Broadway at the Beach and the two different Tanger Outlet centers. We went to the Ripley’s Aquarium which was really beautiful, and we also just relaxed at the beach for a day. We also just took random drives all over the Strand from North Myrtle Beach all the way down to Huntington Beach State Park to see what we would find.

Lucky for us the temperature was in the 70’s and 80’s the whole time, but it made coming back to the Northeast that much harder. But now that I am back in NYC and classes are starting back up again it is time to get back into the swing of things and look forward to Memorial Day!
