Number:Lab and Yuna Yang S/S '12 Collections

The Number:Lab collection was inspired by a Picasso painting set on the beach along with the carefree style of street skateboarders. The collection was made with breathable, performance fabrics to create looks that could transcend from the beach to the city sidewalks. Yuna Yang was also inspired by art, especially the surrealism by Dali and Man Ray in addition to Frederico Fellini's blend of fantasy and baroque.

SpoilMeFashion/Samantha House Event & Rachel Antonoff S/S '12 Collection

In the penthouse suite of On the Ave Hotel, Luxe PR hosted the Spoil Me Fashion and Samantha House jewelry event. Guests were treated to cupcakes, champagne, and jewelry eye candy. On the other hand, Rachel Antonoff welcomed her guests to the "Antonoff Manor" to view her collection which was inspired by Wednesday Addams!

United Bamboo, Costello Tagliapietra, and Ivana Helsinki S/S '12 Collections

Designers Miho Aoki and Thuy Pham of United Bamboo showcased looks that were wearable and versatile for the chic workplace. Costello Tagliapietra livened things up and sent down beautiful draped wrap dresses and mixed floral prints down the runway. Paola Suhonen of Ivana Helsinki took an interesting turn with her Indian Summer themed collection by having models walk down the runway with hands dripping of black paint.
