It's a Spring Thing
Alright, Spring is here. That means it’s time for light layers and floral prints. But a simpler change—in nail-polish—may be even better than the fashion trends.
Light baby blue, pink, or purple pastels are fine, or possibly electric pinks, oranges, or in-your-face red can give the full effect of Spring on everyone’s fingerprints.
A Spring nail-polish color can bring a “Wow” affect to any outfit, but the transition from Winter to Spring puts most of us in a brighter mood. For me, the secret of bringing that out is a light or dazzling polish.
When I see colorful fingertips tapping away on Blackberries and iPhones in the subway or at school, only one thing runs through my head: summer is next.
The first step in Spring is to switch things up. Essie and O.P.I. have an amazing color selection. Forget about those new Steve Madden flats, and go out to buy a rainbow of nail polish.
