LIM College

Ever since I was a freshman in high school I knew what I wanted to do as a career and where I wanted to accomplish it (New York!). Around sophomore year I began looking into fashion schools, but wasn’t sure which would be the right one for me.

I wanted to go into fashion public relations and after a lot of research I came across LIM College. In my junior year of high school I attended a tour with my mother and sister.

My mom and I fell in love with LIM and all that it had to offer and I knew that once I brought my grades up a little more I would have the best chance of attending LIM College. So, once I moved to New York, I attended a community college and brought up my GPA and completed five internships during the first two years of my college experience.

Just last spring I was accepted into LIM College and I have to say, I couldn’t have made a better choice. The college was so helpful, informative, had so many resources to offer, and I loved the fact that internships were required to graduate.

My advice to anyone struggling on where to attend college, I would say just have a plan, and a passion and know what you want to do and then go from there.
