I am excited to return for this Fall 2016 semester. I recently came back from an amazing summer studying in Europe. I learned about the celebrated tolerance of Holland, the spirit of Belgium, the love in France, and the cuisine and beauty of Italy.
I particularly loved Venice, Italy. I learned about the evolution of the republic of Venice and the power of international commerce. It was an amazing summer, but I am most excited to return to LIM as a full-time faculty member.
I look forward to meeting with new students, and having former students visit me at my new desk in the Townhouse. Here's to a wonderful new term.
