What a ride thus far. From the food people and visits that we have been on thus far and there is still more for us to see! Without a break, our first stop was to see the Trevi Fountain. I am pretty sure that all of us was ready to have our Lizzie McGuire Movie moment — making a wish, hoping to come back to this beautiful country. Aside from that, we also so the infamous Coliseum as well as the Jewish Synagogue and the Spanish Steps!
Other than the amazing food that we tasted while being in Rome, of course we have to highlight one of the featured industry visits! Fendi is one of the top lead ing brand across the world and absolutely one of the first and continuing leaders in Italy. The Cross Cultural Analysis Class were fortunate enough to speak with the managers of the store as well as speaking one on one with one of the supervisors from the customization department as well as visiting their workspace. From looking at Karl Largerfeld’s personal sketches to bodices of garments, we were learning the in’s and outs of the Fendi world!
Overall, I must say, this trip is something that I will never forget. From the Leaning Tower of Pisa, to exploring museums and visiting fashion houses, the Cross Cultural Analysis Program was such a great outlet for me to not only learn about these countries but also physically going out and exploring them. This experience is hands down one of the best moments memories that I will forever keep. I have developed friendships as well as professional connections along they way. This is just the beginning of my travel diary.
