Sightseeing in Paris

The first weekend in Paris was full of sightseeing. The Louvre was definitely a priority.

There, I saw the great Mona Lisa, but focused on the July Monarchy (a.k.a. Kingdom of France) exhibit. The pieces displayed were from the time of the reign of King Louis-Phillippe I, during the early 1800s. The pieces were truly remarkable.

Later, I traveled to the Montparnasse Tower where I saw panoramic views of the city. It was a spectacular view.
