I took an AP European History course in high school and remember learning about the ancient art Italians created and how famous they are for their architecture.
It was surreal being able to stand in front of Michelangelo’s David in Florence (I had to sneak a picture!)...
and having my Lizzie McGuire moment making a wish in front of the Trevi Fountain in Rome.
